Educational Experience

Throughout my time at North Greenville University, I was able to take many classes that have set me up for success in my future career. I was able to receive valuable knowledge from seasoned professionals that have been in the field. Below are some examples of work I created specifically for my classes at NGU.

Christ Amidst Chaos

This was a documentary created for my Writing for Broadcast class. The story follows a prayer walk that took place in Greenwood, SC in 2020 at the height of the Black Lives Matter Protests.

Red Vision

"Red Vision" is a short-film telling a story without the use of dialogue. The project was created for my Media Tech class in 2020 during quarantine.

Fount News Package

This was a news story for NGU Vision focusing on North Greenville's BCM Ministry now called "Fount". The video was completed as a part of my Video Practicum class in 2022.

Joey Noyes Profile

This was a news story for NGU Vision focusing on senior Joey Noyes who leads NGU's Campus Band. The video was completed as a part of my Video Practicum class in 2022.

NGU Mass Comm Poster

This was a fun project created for my Graphic Communication II course in 2022. The goal of this project was to use both design rules and creativity to create a poster that reflected the department well.

Hilltop Church

For my Christianity and the Media class in 2022, we were tasked with creating an online-only church from the ground up. This is the branding that I created which was used on the churches social media.

Vlog

This vlog was created for my Multi-Media Production class in 2021. The purpose of the vlogs were to push our creativity each week as we had to come up with a new compelling story within our daily lives.

Colorado Mass Shooting News Package

This was a news story giving more insight on the mass shooting at a Colorado grocery store in 2021. The video was completed as a part of my Broadcast Announcing class in 2021.

Copyright Research Paper

This research paper was completed for partial fulfillment of my Media Law class in 2022. The paper looks at how The Walt Disney Company utilizes U.S. Copyright Law in order to maintain rights to their characters.

NGU Chapel Bumper

This short video that I filmed and edited is played at the beginning of every chapel service at North Greenville University. I worked with Media Team and Campus Ministries staff to create an engaging video that would get everyones attention and create hype for the start of the service.
